Dosage

1-4 capsules per day during meals.

Composition

Per capsule:

Pidolate 13.5% Ca: 450 mg
Mg bisglycinate 10%: 50 mg
vitamin D (cholecalciferol), 0.25%: 0.14 mg
anti caking agent: Mg stearate: +/- 5 mg
vegetable cellulose capsule: +/- 90 mg

Without addition of lactose, sucrose, starch, salt.
Does not contain gluten or yeast.

Special precautions
